The hand of the LORD was upon me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the LORD and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones.He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry.He asked me, "Son of man, can these bones live?" I said, "O Sovereign LORD, you alone know." Then he said to me, "Prophesy to these bones and say to them, 'Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD! This is what the Sovereign LORD says to these bones: I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life. I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the LORD.' " So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I was prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone to bone. I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them, but there was no breath in them. Then he said to me, "Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe into these slain, that they may live.' " So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army. Then he said to me: "Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. They say, 'Our bones are dried up and our hope is gone; we are cut off.' Therefore prophesy and say to them: 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: O my people, I am going to open your graves and bring you up from them; I will bring you back to the land of Israel.Then you, my people, will know that I am the LORD, when I open your graves and bring you up from them.I will put my Spirit in you and you will live, and I will settle you in your own land. Then you will know that I the LORD have spoken, and I have done it, declares the LORD.' " 【Ezekiel 】耶和华的灵降在我身上。耶和华藉他的灵带我出去，将我放在平原中。这平原遍满骸骨。他使我从骸骨的四围经过，谁知在平原的骸骨甚多，而且极其枯乾。他对我说，人子阿，这些骸骨能复活麽。我说，主耶和华阿，你是知道的。他又对我说，你向这些骸骨发预言说，枯乾的骸骨阿，要听耶和华的话。主耶和华对这些骸骨如此说，我必使气息进入你们里面，你们就要活了。我必给你们加上筋，使你们长肉，又将皮遮蔽你们，使气息进入你们里面，你们就要活了。你们便知道我是耶和华。于是，我遵命说预言。正说预言的时候，不料，有响声，有地震。骨与骨互相联络。我观看，见骸骨上有筋，也长了肉，又有皮遮蔽其上，只是还没有气息。主对我说，"人子阿，你要发预言，向风发预言，说主耶和华如此说，气息阿，要从四方（方原文作风）而来，吹在这些被杀的人身上，使他们活了。于是我遵命说预言，气息就进入骸骨，骸骨便活了，并且站起来，成为极大的军队。主对我说，人子阿，这些骸骨就是以色列全家。他们说，我们的骨头枯乾了，我们的指望失去了，我们灭绝净尽了。所以你要发预言对他们说，主耶和华如此说，我的民哪，我必开你们的坟墓，使你们从坟墓中出来，领你们进入以色列地。我的民哪，我开你们的坟墓，使你们从坟墓中出来，你们就知道我是耶和华。我必将我的灵放在你们里面，你们就要活了。我将你们安置在本地，你们就知道我耶和华如此说，也如此成就了。这是耶和华说的。"【以西结书】

A Burmese girl painted some green powder on my face and I dressed up as a Burmese woman, and pick a Burmese name, carry some Burmese books, then went to a remote village deep in the mountains with 3 of my Myanmar colleagues. The reason that I have to pretend to be Burmese is that we have to pass a check point of the central government which they don’t allow any foreigners to pass. We went to do a very interesting work in the village—teach them to build clean toilet. Villagers are so kind to prepare us very tasty dinner. However before we ate, the chief of the village has prayed for a long time, because most of the people in this village are Christians. Later I asked my colleague, what was he praying, he told me, that chief thanks God for the food, and for the latrine that they can have new toilets soon…… It was a remarkable prayer before dinner! All the houses here are huts built by bamboos, it feels so cool and fresh to be in, I called it 5 star hut, for we can see many stars in the evening. Even better than Hilton Hotel.

前天经过一番精心的乔装打扮，我的缅甸同事给我脸上涂了当地的防晒绿粉，取了个缅甸名，在车上假装读缅甸书，就上路下乡去了。此次下乡身负重任，要给村里的人送去干净的厕所。村长带头在村口迎接我们。把厕所卸下来后就进村长明亮宽敞的茅草屋里乘凉喝茶。顺便做我的问卷调查，乡亲们都好淳朴，一个字一个字认真的读，仔细的想，这种问卷质量可真是高啊！聊天过后就是吃饭，因为全村都是基督徒，饭前村长带头祷告好久，谢谢神赐饭给我们，还赐给他们那么多干净的厕所等等，真是很有趣的饭前祷告。我把他们住的茅草屋叫做五星级茅草屋，因为晚上从茅草屋可以看到很多星星，比希尔顿酒店还棒！

前天早上张医生请我吃了一碗缅甸的早餐，是一种豆粉，上面覆盖着厚厚一层黄色的豆油。吃的时候觉得味道香极了。可是到了中午还不饿，有如一块石头顶在胃上。到了晚上还是不饿，什么都吃不下。觉得这种早餐真是穷人的福音，一顿可以顶一两天。这里真是很遥远的山沟，贫穷落后，可是风景好美，吃的好天然。我们饭堂的菜很多都是邻居戒毒中心的人种的，他们还自己养猪，那猪真长得比人还瘦，吃的都是天然植物，喝的山上的泉水。所以这里猪肉也好香。
在这里最怕的就是被蚊子咬，一旦被咬，患疟疾的可能性极高。因为据说这里人口有70%带虫率，就是如果蚊子叮了一个带虫的人，再叮我，我就要打摆子了。所以大热天我还穿长衣长袖裹得严严实实。这几周去当地的诊所做问卷调查真是感动的鼻涕眼泪。人们都好淳朴，单纯，不会说谎，连报酬都不肯收。
Dr.Zhang has invited me for a Myanmar breakfast a few days ago. It looks and tastes so nice,it was a kind of very sticky noodle covered by a thick layer of yellow cream.After i ate this breakfast,i felt full for the whole day. It would be a real good food for poor people,because one meal can make you feel full for a whole day.Although this is a very very poor region deep in the moutain side of North Myanmar,however scenary is so natural,food is so natural!What i eat here remind me of the expensive BIO food in Europe. It's even more BIO/organic here,including wild grassroot,tree root dishes. The drug rehabilitation center is just opposite to my building,people there cultivate their crop and raise pigs,the pigs are so slim,even more slim than human,because they were feed by natural plants,and drank spring water from the mountain.Thus this pork tastes extremely delicious.
What i fear about,is the mosquitos.There're very high rate of morbidity of malaria.70% of people here got Malaria before.So all the time even in hot weather, i wear very long clothes and cover as much skin as possible.Last weeks i've been administering my questionnaires to local people in the clinic. They are so pure and kind!!!

Today i've been running between Burma and China for a few times.In fact i had some problem with my border permit that i can't pass the check point,so i take another river way to come over to China side to check my emails.with 2 of my collegues,we crossed border by passing that small river.
因为没有办到边境证只有偷渡过去了，今天往返于中缅两边的办公室4次了。那条小河就是划分边界的线，还有人在那做背人过河的生意。我们单位的诊所在缅甸那边，吸毒的针具交换在河对岸的中国.

潞西福音堂/A gospel church in a village at the border town

在德宏等边境证的这几天很闲，今天做出租车去了潞西的一个小村庄里，一路上，都是拜偶像的，树里供树神，山上供山神，灶上供灶神。可是进了村，惊喜的看见一座福音堂，十字架高高立在屋顶，如同照亮了一片迷信的土地。不认识主时，觉得什么都可以拜，什么都可以成仙，认识了造物的主，一切被造之物都要俯伏敬拜！【外邦人的偶像，是金的，银的，是人手所造的。有口却不能言，有眼却不能看。有耳却不能听。有鼻却不能闻。有手却不能摸。有脚却不能走。有喉咙也不能出声。造他的要和他一样。凡靠他的也要如此。(诗篇115篇）】
While waiting for my border permit in De Hong province in Yunnan,I got some free time to visit around. Sunday morning,a taxi surprisingly took me to this gospel church.Along the way,I saw all kinds of idols at the street,tree god,moutain god,money god...Before i knew the Lord,everything can be regarded as god,but after knowing a God of all creations,all creations have to bow down and sing praise to the Creator![Why do the nations say,"Where is their God?" Our God is in heaven;he does whatever pleases him.But their idols are silver and gold,made by the hands of men.They have mouths, but cannot speak,eyes, but they cannot see;they have ears, but cannot hear,noses, but they cannot smell;they have hands, but cannot feel,feet, but they cannot walk;nor can they utter a sound with their throats.Those who make them will be like them,and so will all who trust in them.(Psalms 115)]This video is not so clear,because i took it with my cellphone, however,a very nice song sung by a group of ethnic minority--Jingpaw yong people.
